These terms govern your use of costablancarenewablecentre.com, which belongs to Costa Blanca Renewable Centre, as identified in our Legal Notice. By using the website you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

They cover the website only. Any installation, product or service we provide is governed by its own written quote and contract, which take precedence over these terms.

You may browse the website and use its forms for your own lawful purposes. You must not:

• send false information, or someone else's details without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its data;
• interfere with how the website works, for example with malicious code or automated requests;
• copy or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not professional advice for your property.

Figures such as energy production, savings, payback times, grants and product performance are estimates or typical examples. Real results depend on your property, usage, orientation, weather and energy prices, and are confirmed only in your personalised quote. Product specifications come from their manufacturers and may change.

Requesting a quote is free and puts you under no obligation. Nothing on the website is a binding offer: a quote is valid for the period stated on it.

A contract exists only once you accept a written quote or sign a contract with us. Prices, timings, warranties and your rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, are set out in those documents.

Through Refer a Friend, we thank you with a reward when someone you recommend goes ahead with an installation. Once their installation goes ahead, we confirm the amount and when it will be paid in writing.

You must have your friend's permission before sending us their details. We may decline a referral, for example if the person is already in contact with us, and we may change or end the programme for future referrals at any time.

The website and everything on it — text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Costa Blanca Renewable Centre name and the design — belong to Costa Blanca Renewable Centre or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers. Using the website gives you no rights over any of them.

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring any claim before the courts where you live; otherwise, disputes will be heard by the courts of Murcia, Spain.
